then the 2+ months late notice about Elba, AL property purchase agreement expiring, on or before June 30, 2023, buried in the Q2 2023 SEC filing. "No 8-K filed" for the expiration of the same property purchase agreement for which an 8-K was filed to announce in April 2023?
