Using American-made solar panels for government solar projects ensures job creation, boosts our economy, strengthens energy independence, and maximizes taxpayer dollars.

Why am I raising this question - because if snpw uses key material sourced outside of the US, as would indicate in a previous snpw tweet (outlined below), it would appear that this wouldn’t meet the FTC requirements as “Made in the USA” - see FTC guidelines below.
So my question remains, how does the snpw tweet noting American made solar panels pertain to snpw? Trying to understand the connection. Are they now going to source material in the US and not the countries suggested in their tweet? Are the FTC requirements expected to change for Made in the US requirements? Asking a basic question here after reading the tweet published by snpw two days ago.

According to the Federal Trade Commission, “Made in USA” means that “all or virtually all” the product has been made in America. That is, all significant parts, processing and labor that go into the product must be of U.S. origin.
My opinions.
