Try and figure out the company's hyped up bipolar tweets about "our 8 world wide manufacturing facilities, 5 in the U.S. (2017 presser), coming soon (all project hoaxes), stay tuned, Kaboom, Boom goes the dynamite, timing is everything, all things coming together, our Solar Panels (PT.IDN made, our warehouse (MES warehouse), shovel-ready Durango, letter of credit from S.A. bank for Mexico, funding identified...working with local government support(Australia) and on and on and on

How in the heck does the below tweet, published by snpw, pertain to snpw?
Has anyone researched the requirements to be considered “American Made”? Here goes:

According to the Federal Trade Commission, “Made in USA” means that “all or virtually all” the product has been made in America. That is, all significant parts, processing and labor that go into the product must be of U.S. origin.

Does snpw understand purchasing PV glass from Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea as well as other significant parts could exclude the Made in America classification. And exclude participation in government projects.
Possibly snpw is focused on side stepping tariffs without regard for Made in America requirements. I also question any role Snpw’s partners, Foxess, PT.IND etc could play in the Made in America scenario.
in my opinion
