On May 28, 2021, Sun Pacific Holding Corp. If I'm not mistaken, SPP/Medrecycler's only employee, was so desperate to get anything approved for an unproven business' recycling process financing, having bad credit, agreed to a reduction from 50% to 20% of Net Profits deal? Thus, the shareholder lawsuit?
