In a true placebo arm an SAE would either be disease related or another complication of course unrelated to the placebo. Our 0 SAEs is significant, that there was an SAE in the placebo arm is not. Even if the "placebo" arm was actually a standard of care drug and the SAE was considered drug related it would not be highly significant because of the trial size. In a larger trial 3.5% drug (placebo) related SAEs vs. 0% for leronlimab would be amazing.
