12 months to finish a 10-q?
I wouldn’t want to be one signing off on delinquent filings for almost a year since last SEC filing.
Remember that 9/21/24 (month ago) tweet preparing for Snpw 2024 Q1 and Q2 OTC filings. Note mention of OTC and not SEC. There’s a reason for that. But SEC should be looking for their 2024 filing by January 2025. Will Snpw be trading without an SEC 2024 filing in January?
Imagine waiting 14 months to find out, once again, zero sales and revenue for last 6 months of 2023 and all of 2024? Who would be shocked?
GEP U.S. solar panel sales since June 2023? Zero?
Spp pty ltd Australia imports since July 2024? Zero?
Foxess battery/inverter sales since December 2021? Zero?
Light tower sales since August 2022? Zero?
Dinosaur led/solar bus shelters sales since 2016 China shipment? Zero?
That would be another bashing performance!!
Keep bashing the company into the ground with the worst possible performance possible and then stomp on the broken bashed company by starting a competitive side company and putting shareholders in the dark.
