Brain inflammation. Brain receptors. Not CCR5 receptors but they may be downwind of modulated CCR5 activity. LL help???
Besides the obvious inflammation, CCR5 induces chemotaxis of antibody producing B cells to the antibody binding site. In addition IL-6 induces production of Follicular helper T-Cells which aid in antibody expression of B cells. Leronlimab would reverse both while allowing other CCR receptors to carry on at a normal level. It's the same mechanisms of activation at play in GVHD.
