I honestly would not even give this company one star if I didn't have too. We have used bus shelters (22 of the) through another company for several years with great success, last year Sun Pacific Power bought them out. So we resigned and prepaid for a year with them. I noticed in June one of our shelters was broken and contacted my representative. At first she was great and very responsive. I was told it would be taken care of, a month later nothing so I emailed again and she told me they didn't have my art work... a long story short after going through three different representatives (each and every one stopped responding) I finally got a sign out up November 1st 6 months later for these prepaid signs! Only to find they took down another PAID SIGN tonreplace the broken one at this spot! Awful company, terrible customer service and no knowledge in what they are doing! I would NEVER recommend them.

Had siding done by this company 18 months ago and a section is loose. I contacted them with complete intent to pay for repair, however I was given the run around that they do not have any record of my job done. I showed an invoice from siding company that has their name on it for materials and that was not enough. I was extremely disappointed and am seeking another company to help
me. Scariest part about this company, they contract with Lowes Home Improvement - be careful!
