Ceo bashed this company all the way to zero revenue following allowing the only revenue contracts to get terminated for non-performance in three states, and literally taking a subsidiary away from shareholders, and not fulfilling his fiduciary obligations with the shareholders and the SEC, becoming a serial non-filer and unilaterally approving a 4000:1 reverse split. Just to name a few of the sledge hammer self-bashings.

Time to vote on who actually bashed the sh#t out of the company and shareholders.
The bashers the ceo spews about on twitter were just providing the play by play of him bashing the sh#t out of the company to the tune of 3.5+ mil of debt after issuing over 800 mil shares of convertible debt, diluting the crap out of the stock and spending approximately 800k+on unknown SG&A expenses generating zero revenue.
It’s as clear as day who literally bashed the sh#t out of the company and shareholders.
Let me remind the snpw mayberry rfd team that you don’t need to be a shareholder to post the above opinions backed up by filings.
Ceo needed to go a long time ago imho. That opinion has proven to be more accurate with every failed business of snpw for years.
Maybe someone will do the math and pass along to those, who lost just about everything since the summer of 2021, what they could have avoided by seeing through the bullsh#t cutely woven into tweets (& hashtags) as well as those horrendously exaggerated press releases.
It took years for most to finally wake up and see through all of Shell game antics imho.
