And JK1, snpw asked non majority common shareholders to vote on something when? Never. Why, because controlling shares are owned by a few shareholders. That’s why snpw made the statement on a non vote on the reverse split - see below.

And when has snpw issued a dividend - never.

Don’t see where the points you were trying to make have any relevance to snpw.

Quote:
We are sending you this Information Statement to inform you of the adoption of the Corporate Actions and the amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”), on October 13, by a vote of stockholders holding a majority of the Company’s voting power. The purpose of this Information Statement is to provide notice that the Company’s majority stockholders, holding an aggregate of 1,500,000,000 votes, representing 84.1% of the voting power of the Company as of the Record Date, executed a written consent authorizing and approving the following corporate actions (the “Corporate Actions” ):

Quote:
Non-shareholders of a public company generally do not have any significant rights, as they do not own any shares in the company and therefore cannot participate in voting on company decisions or receive dividends, which are typically only paid to shareholders; the primary right a non-shareholder might have is access to publicly available company information
