Sorry, I was away for a few minutes. This is going to sound redundant, but I think it's important to stress before this runs away and takes on a life of it's own. Anyone that was on the CC and any perceived advantage they may have received is completely null. Those who signed, are restricted from trading BCAP one way or the other until everyone knows what was discussed. In this regard we are all on a level playing field, as it should be. I agree with BM, in that it was a no brainer for me. I felt certain that I was not going to sell my shares for at least the thirty days, so the upside greatly outweighed the down. I think it is natural for everyone to know what was discussed and as someone just posted (I posted it as well after the CC) those who want to sign the NDA can still do so and be sent an update. I will stay signed on for awhile and answer what I can to releive folks minds that nothing nefarious is going on. If there was I for one, would not be taking part in it.
