In this corner we have an anonymous poster claiming to have it on "good authority" that the game is nearing it's end....
the same corner that shared an e-mail telling us the Boston SEC office will not confirm or deny if there is an on going investigation.
WHILE
In the other corner we have a person using his real name on a public message board that the SEC holds the Company to a standard of truth of what they post.
Doesn't look like a fair flight.
