TRER has made a scientific discovery used in the recovery of Heavy Rare Earths.

Using sulfuric acid solution comparable to heap leach copper mine which is used in the US.

This process is used in 20 % of world copper output.   A 15000 tonne per day 1^{st stage} mine before expansion could have a $ 15.00-$ 20.00 per tonne pretax margin or 82-110 million at 15-20/tonne for the 5.5mmt.  Management said, on March 28, it would accept offers of no less than 1x ebitda which is $2.00/share. The Company could be worth 5-10 x ebitda normally after start up production which is 10-20.00 per share.  On a 150000000.00 initial cap x for a simple 15000 t/d project heap leach.    Pretax return 82 mil/ 150 mil or 110 mil/ 150 mil %; which is a 60-70% profit.  Possible to justify a higher evaluation greater than 5- 10 x ebitda.
