1) Street Smart Outdoor Corp had a signed ten year contract with Star Metro, projections are only guesses if everything goes as projected.
The company has foloweded up with " the Company has been moving away from selling advertising in Florida and New Jersey and shifting its focus to the sales of solar panels and other associated solar products."
2) "The Company's membership with Geopath is expected to support a strategy for expanding our market reach to targeted advertisers in the OOH industry" What is there to follow up other then a startgery was created.
3) ." MOU with Atlas Transit Solutions to collaborate on the development of a high efficiency""A memorandum of understanding, or MOU, is a nonbinding agreement that states each party's intentions to take action, conduct a business transaction, or form a new partnership." Nothing was committed to and nothing materialized to follow up.
4) "National Mechanical Group is taking steps towards the testing and preparation for UL certification for its patented glass-less solar panels" , I believe the company followed up with one of the steps is manufacturing them in their own US Manufacturing facility which is still being developed.
5) "Pyrolysis opportunity with additional states" The opportunities does exist in others states but as the company made clear obtaining funding is required for those opportunities to become reality.
6) Australia I believe the article spelled it out pretty clearly "The team is actively engaged in sourcing components and capital with an end goal of developing solar farms"

Our Australian partners' agreements are still in place, and we still continue to pursue our operations as well as our friends in Mexico. Any dealings we have with third parties are issued and negotiated signed contracts.
