fiduciary duties and obligations still being abused by the ceo as a serial non-filer?
Anyone see any audited SEC filings in the past 11 months? What’s there to hide with financials and disclosures by going to hide behind the wizard’s curtain for a year.
No worries because nobody expects one cent of revenue. Company is absolute disgrace following all of the hundreds of product and partner promotions.
