There are those that are forgetting that MOSS, the recipient of the two private e-mails not Campanella, disclosed the content of those private e-mails to Campanella.

It was MOSS that complained to Campanella that he was being shook down by some one impersonating a legal authority.

It was MOSS that told Campanella that the e-mail interfered with their business relationship.

Without MOSS revealing to Campanella the contents of and relaying his reaction to the e-mails there would be no tweets of subpoenas being issued.

The ONLY ONE THAT CAN CLAIM CRIMINAL ACTIVITY DONE TO THEM IS MOSS as the person fraudulently representing themselves as a legal authority only did it to MOSS privately. .

Campanella is claiming a civil action Tortuous Interference based on the reaction of MOSS to working with SNPW after receiving those e-mail.
