Dm what i find very very interesting about this is that they both said they own SNPW Stock. And both contacting the same person at different levels of Tortious Interference, Possible Extortion etc.

Jimmy on the other hand is a whole different level., It is alleged Jimmy represented himself as a legal authority actively investigating Campanella and SNPW for SEC Security fraud and actually threaten Moss with the subpoenaing of his e-mails and phone records if he did not cooperate.

In Dakota case I can see it as possible misstatement by Dakota that just reads badly on the other there are some real legal issues there.

Note if nobody brings up the subject I will not talk about the subject.as it has been discussed like a lot of OLD NEWS far too much.
