I'm all for that letter. We have to spring for certified delivery to make sure he gets it (JOKE!) But seriously, a 'read receipt' on an email, if that's how we go, is absolutely necessary. Or he'll just ignore us like he has for years. The whole 'have to keep it quiet' dodge is past its use-by date.
