Thanks for the new-hire perspective, Katang, but l

When a scientist/MD specializes in the HIV world, does that limit his influence or input when he speaks to other disease indications? For example, if Dr Max L (Dr Maximum Leronlimab?) speaks with his peers about liver disease or CRC, does his opinion carry the same weight as it does in the HIV world?
Just wondering how specialized the world of science/medicine is. Reading his resume, I've no doubt he's super-qualified, I just wonder what happens when an HIV expert starts talking to a cancer expert about what LL can do, if the cancer guy might think the HIV guy is out of his wheelhouse.
Regardless, I love the flurry of PR's and real news. Compared to the last few years, we could upgrade this flurry to a blizzard.
