bevacizumab approval process - was there any bias on approving bevacizumab? it seems in recent history the FDA will approve drugs with slim margins of benefit only because they come from BP. drugs that have major side effects. drugs that are insanely expensive. with minor benefit if any at all - the aduhelm fiasco is so corrupt i lose sleep over it. just curious if bevacizumab was held to the extreme scrutiny and lack of bevacizumab only arm that leronlimab has. which probably means that bevacizumab was comboed with standard of care protocol and showed a p-value worthy of improvement enough to approve?
