Let’s get the subpoenas going so we can clear the air about 1 or 2 emails before the case possibly moving onto dozens of Snpw partnerships, individual partner companies’ owners and representatives and partners’ product managers that have participated in press releases or photo-ops, tweets and Snpw website content published in the public domain for multiple years. Someone appears to be up to a 30+ individual count that have represented and/or participated in a solar-related, or property-related, or equipment and product-related, lease/purchase/LOI/Distribution/Sales (CAC 3rd party hires and FL/TX reps/installation (27 states) agreement, online store/website representative partnership and/or PR and marketing relationship of sort, with Snpw, which have all led to zero sales, distribution, installations and revenue for many years. That’s virtually an impossible end result. Probably why some have taken it upon themselves to do the due diligence that has proven to be accurate every time within 6 to 12 months spurts.
But, jimmy seems to be a sitting duck for acting like 9 year trying to pull off a prank call with realizing he’s dumb as a door nail. Stealing due diligence and regurgitating it incoherently was the beginning of the end for him having any credibility left IMHO.
