Gilead sells Lenacapavir (aka Sunleca in the U.S.) for $42,250.00...a twice a year injection to help prevent HIV infection.
Latin America so far... seems not to be included...messaging is somewhat turbid. It is also claimed that the generic form...could be made for less than fifty quid per dose...also a little obscure.
