Maybe discuss delinquent filings, zero revenue, no loan, no facility, SolRay's tortious interference by colluding with the same named partners under contracts and agreements with Snpw? Just look SC-Solar equipment photos and individuals being promoted as representing both entities with NO 8-k filing for almost 1 year since SolRay's registration and website content published in the public domain.
