Some just don't get it.

From what we know.

Two individuals sent Moss PRIVATE emails to Moss.

Absolutely no one knew what those e-mail contained expect Moss and the two sender's.

Campanella had no idea the e-mails even existed UNTIL Moss SHARED them with him and expressed his concerns about their content..

The allegations of Moss being threaten, someone falsely representing themselves as an attorney and being fearful of being part of an SEC fraud investigation is not coming from Campanella but from Moss directly.

The tortuous interference charges from Campanella comes from those e-mails causing interference of Moss wanting to work with Campanella out of fear of further harassment.

As far as subpoenas are concerned , we have no idea whether any have been served to Ihub, hangout , Stockwits or X. to uncover the authors true identities.

And based on history that we do know, it would be safe to assume that the writers of the e-mail has signed up on those platforms with burner e-mails to avoid being traced.

Especially since we know one of the authors has created over 50 different aliases across the 4 social mediums.
