We will have less than 750,000 OS and be above the $5 that represents no longer being a penny stock, despite what the market cap is. This gives the opportunity to be bought by a lot more institutional investors. Idk what will happen with share price after the RS, but it can’t be worse than this…right. Sure it can be shorted more, but with more risk without the 145 million os, much fewer shares available to cover. Share price can also move higher at a much higher pace if the news is right. If I am the company, I have news to be announced after the RS. News that if they released beforehand it would just get shorted down like it has been over and over.
