Simple.They’re working on behalf of a hedge fund(s) that are fronts for a company that want to keep stock price suppressed so they can bankrupt the company and buy its intellectual property on a fire sale, or buy the company cheap from frustrated shareholders who will agree to — what was that figure someone posted? - oh yeah, 50 cents a share.
