not sure which three studies you are talking about, but it sounds like there was at least one and maybe two studies in this group that were at 350 mg. Dr Jay:

Ohm can correct me here, but I think it's only at the 700 mg dose that Leron achieves 100% occupancy of the CCR5 chemokine receptor. I think you can extrapolate that 700 mg would generally be more effective.
