many of the others are well documented in here over the past 2 years.
notice, the "we'll tell you what you want to hear", tweets >>> while knowingly, deceived shareholders, by not filing the required 8K, within the allowable 4 business days, following the expiration of the Property Purchase Agreement (sometime on or before June 30th). keeping in mind the company did not hesitate to file an 8K to announce the PPA for 2251 Old Curtis Rd., followed by a FLOOD OF PRESS RELEASES AND MANY TWEETS.
