You are 100% incorrect. It’s never been about job creation. It’s been about creating an even playing field and promoting America as technology and market leaders.
It’s never been about employing Americans by manufacturing China products. This has never been the reason for tariffs. Manufacturing China products for China profits and dominance is a silly suggestion.
