FYI Dr. Pestell: He quit under Employment Contract violations after disagreements with NP. Submitted resignation to NP.
Typical talk is about the BLA issues via NP / Amarex.
But in the court docs, NP was also doing dirt to employees.
He would change BOD meeting dates, & not tell certain people. Or not tell all members of what was being voted on, etc, etc...
Even when Pestell resigned, NP back dated a letter to him saying he was terminated. Yes, NP submitted a falsely dated later, as evidence. He did that to keep Pestell from being awarded Severence & shares.
Which new mgt released & apologized to him in a press release.
It all also fit right in when Dr. J said NP would not listen to him & others.
Just quick FYI since Dr. Pestell is sometimes mentioned. Court docs are couple yrs back, this stuff was before the majority of shareholders & the pr's are no longer on website.
Tellin ya.....this work of current mgt is staggeringly opposite of what was. Extremely significant turn-around.
