$PSGR 'Pershing Resources Company, Inc. is a miner

Almost 30 years of exploration has yielded what????
Common share holders are aware that the Company has claims/ mine sites in Nevada and Arizona. Years of Press Releases by the Company have alluded to the possible existence of Gold, Silver, Copper, and, even, Rare Earths deposits/occurences. 'Development Finances' has been a constant response by the Company as to why any of the sites were/are not actively in preproduction or production.
Once again, the question arises:
"If the claims/mines sites demonstrate the PROBABLE occurence of a significant ore body of XXX, why has funding by outside sources NOT occurred?"
As an Exploration Company, does Pershing Resources:
(1) Simply locate a mine/claimsite in an area that is nearby an existing developed and active mine and hope that the site owner will purchase/lease the claim? (Why would the owner(s) of the active site not have already seen any value to the Pershing Resources site???)
(2) Have future planning to secure finances to develop the site(s) and begin production?
For investors, both questions require a response which presents a business plan complete with end product identification, required finances, (all) employee qualifications, and development stages to start-up and production.
Does a plan exist? How long can a company continue to exist with a carrot?
Pershing Resources is approaching 30 years of existence (under various iterations). If the company fails to provide common shareholders with accurate answers, will the doctor tell everyone the rabbit died?
