There is no "everyone"
There is no other motive. Anyone who read posts, on the message boards, over the past 3+ years, knows who have been right and who have been soooooo wrong. Then the same "anyone" can read the SEC filing (when the co. decides to file) scoreboards over the same past 3+ years. What a complete disaster!! Worse than anyone could imagine other than Chapter 7 filing.
Perhaps the due diligence used, to keep the 1 person in check, has not been so self-serving, has it? Rather "serving" the uninformed and naive that, often, fall for well coordinated promotions (including paid message board & social media paid promoters) used to try and boost a stock price?
IMHO, 90% of the followers now look at this company as a scam. That's no fault of those doing the real due diligence.
It's the fault of the company for its well documented information published, all over the internet, for years, that has resulted in:
ZERO shipments (GEP/Foxess) (except demo units shipment July 2022)
ZERO offices (closed all)
ZERO employees (except 1 "team leader" traveling form California to China and Vietnam) 1-800-Call-Gary lol
ZERO products made (PT.IDN solar tech/Atlas Transit Solutions),
ZERO imports (Australia)
ZERO solar facilities (FL/TX/AL/SC)
ZERO feedstocks (Australia)
ZERO solar farms (Mexico)
ZERO recycling franchises (19 advanced Recycling states as of July 2022)
ZERO funding
But, was able to blow almost 2 million in mystery SG&A expense during the sam e3 years
And, was able to hand out over 650 million of convertible shares right before the blowing almost 2 million in mystery SG&A expense.
and followed up the 3.5 mil of racking up of debt performance with a 4000:1 reverse split. That's 975 mill shares sitting in someone's back pocket to use for raising more keeping up with the Jones' lifestyle money.
and then followed up a totally destructive 4000:1 reverse split by filing a Form 15 (12g), after running out of loans/cash, to be able to hide out while the next gimmick is put into play.
And we're reading tweets and posts threatening subpoenas, as a desperate measure, to try and silence the labeled bashers and trolls, who were right, all along the way, over the same past 3+ years.
