So the people buying the million shares are the people who know something, or the people who selling the million shares are the people who know something?

I have to confess that I've bought shares and I don't know anything. One could argue that if I'm I'm buying shares and I don't know anything, then it can't be true that all the people buying shares know something, but it still could be true that all the people selling shares know something.

Or maybe it's true that I know something and don't know that I know it. I hope so, but I don't know.
