Multiple people outbidding each other in .0031 > .0034 range - hail mary buy of 330K took out the .0039 hold back attempt and more .0040s - 444K left. Bids not filling - ignore the prints on ask buys below the bid prices - they have been happening for 2 weeks and bidders don't get filled by them..
