few tidbits to think about
didn't some masks that left the Mexican factory get stuck in Laredo, Tx?
didn't the cast of characters in the scheme get a oder from Florida's health care emergency agency?
weren't the characters not able to get money needed to make a deposit on the cheap masks from Mexico?
did anyone ever figure who the hedge fund, in Miami, that the wizard knew of?
did anyone ever think about any other wizard-related characters that may have participated in helping Romano (CC-1) et al besides the wifey?
at any rate, it reminded me of a three stooges episode after reading the federal complaint for the first time.
let's just say you burned your only mulligan when you skate a situation such as the 3M mask scheme during a global pandemic and under a Defense Production Act.
it's more a story about running a public company, subject to massive fiduciary obligations and transparency, and letting greed and desperation take over everything in your way.
drugman will try and tell you it was helping the public by getting into the personal protection equipment (PPE) business, with no experience except for a fake letter saying a used car company (Romano the goon's company activated 2 weeks before) was a vendor for your (wizard) previous purchase of 3M n95 masks. LOL
so, fast forward to July 2021, being out of the woods, with 3M and SDNY, for year. we get an incredible run of PROMOTIONS across all products, partners, manufacturing facilities, subsidiaries tucked in the back pocket, terminated only revenue generating contracts and nearly a million of SG&A and disappearing while showing 45K of revenue over the past 20 months, before going dark.
maybe someone that was on very thin ice (but skated) back in April/May 2020 should not be the one threatening subpoenas. just take the hits and go out and find $1 (first dollar) of solar revenue. Solar was supposedly the business company was pivoting to as an excuse for failing in its previous business models that were generating revenue versus $0 revenue now for 11 straight months and $45K of revenue over the past 20 months.
but what do i know?
heard a rumor Karma is gone? jimmy "asylum escapee" midget must have scared her off for good.
