This all answers a couple things ---
* why no BP partner yet ?
because their advantage letting you 1st prove efficacy; on a novel drug. Also, keep in mind the Letter, hold & couple key patents didn't occur until Feb. 2023.
* BP trying to kill LL:
No new patent with their off patent & LL, kills that theory.
Also explaining lack of direct action(s). Which given the above, if you have say only 3/4 yrs left of a patent, why risk getting caught in a scandal like that?
Yet again points to KK having been opportunistically lazy.
*Have said a few times:
Shareholders can't vilify big pharma, but
also clamour for their attention as it's our only saving grace.
We prove LL efficacy & the off patent key drugs, are already in the system. With doing seperate LL arms, i'll be more than happy to accept any FDA demand of combo treatments for now.

Glad we have competent mgt that I would bet anything, already have a distant plan with key players, waiting.
