And not one SINGLE CRIMINAL charge was filed against Campanella.

Exactly what was Campanella role as co-conspirator?

According to the Agent, Campanella was able to supply much needed mask during the pandemic, but was not a participator in the criminal part of Romano's operation.

From the Agent's report.
"Based on my review of ROMANO’s and CC-2’s emails, I am aware that ROMANO and
CC-2 were able to obtain these facemasks from their source-of-supply, the Mexico-based manufacturer,"

And as far as Romano, the Judge though the crime was so minor that Romano was only fined 8000 dollars which he was allowed to pay back at 500 a month and no jail time.

A fine that didn't even recoup the cost of the investigation and court cost, that how insignificant the crime was considered.
