I would agree with "opportunistically lazy"...which is basically inviting death and destruction by omission...essentially fumbling forward...and projecting incompetence. Little wonder that the minions at the FDA...were in scorched earth mode.
WE will likely be used as a adjuvant therapy...because that is where LL is capable...supporting others that have Black box warnings and looming Patent cliffs.
As far as the hubris of Dumb and Dumber are concerned...they brought this on themselves.
IF,... they have good lawyers...they may only rotate on the Judicial Spit...without the underlining fire.
