I disagree, I don't feel hiring somebody for Chemi

I disagree, I don't feel hiring somebody for Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls for R&D tasks makes sense as tight as our budget is. It has to be something more when you bring a Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls person on, I think in preparation for a partnership.
