Junebug, you are spot on about the share price. Once the financials are published, it should confirm a lower share structure (around 4.189 billion O/S). I suspect this is what many investors are really waiting on; they want to know for certain that HIMR is actually reducing shares, and they want to see it in black and white. This will put an end to the fear of dilution common with so many penny and sub-penny stocks. I would then expect a press release indicating a further share reduction plan, and I actually suspect this is happening right now (it is my belief that this is why the current share price is so low).
So, in my opinion, the financial filing will be the beginning of what I suspect will be a six month long process of ever better news and ever increasing share prices. The publication of the first logging concession should be big news, and this should usher in the first news about our relationship with North Cal. The official move to North Cal's facility could come by the end of April or by mid-March. Taken together, these two events should increase share prices dramatically. Then we should hear about the first orders from North Cal, the new TigerLynk system, how many TigerLynks will be built or needed, support boats or barges needed to collect and ferry timber to and from the TigerLynk logging barge(or barges), additional concessions, and so on. Thus, share prices will likely be much higher before talk of buyout begins.
