criminal imho. makes jimmy's stuff look like a choir boy when one considers years upon years of promoting a stock all the way to triple 000's before a 4000:1 reverse split. especially, when he knew what the filings read.

now trying to pump and hype "no dilution" following the same 4000:1 reverse bringing nearly 1 billion of authorized shares. No doubt the guy will be getting a lot of attention and plenty of splain'n to do in response to any subpoenas being thrown around.
