Not sure why you consider that to be a pertinent reply to what I posted.
There are no absolutes beyond 'Congress shall make no law.....'
Companies and private institutions however can and do impose restrictions with impunity; s'why some firings and expulsions happen. And why some post removals or poster bans can be imposed on IH.
