Look at sales & time: when I saw pps go from .000

Look at sales & time: when I saw pps go from .00045 to .000475 this morning I immediately placed an order in around 11:45 am for .00048. then waited all afternoon and got a small fill of 5000 shares. Then 16 seconds later 70,000 shares were given to "W" at .00045 leaving me with a partial fill that I had to pay a commission on for less than $25 of shares. Does seem right that these guys get preferential treatment. Now I will have to pay another commission to order the shares I wanted. I know boo hoo Bob but I feel manipulated by the dealers.
