Good day, HIMRers. Well, here is my take on things. NorthCal will buyout HIMR and will pay top price-they need the Tigerlynk. They have been a private company for 30+ years and probably don't want to get near the SEC or stockholders or filings, etc they could if they had some sort of partnership with HIMR. They can keep what few folks HIMR has on site-the research development could do their thing, the sales/marketing guys could seek out new concessions by doing demos to heads of government and local officials. You don't have to be an astronaut to operate a Tigerlynk. But the icing on the cake is Frank Vanvranken and Bruce the smuggler and Kins Domain. Bruce is a ruthless business man and is out to make mega-millions. He certainly is not going to do that with a few 2 acre organic garden spots. Why do you think he boasts so much about NorthCal and their robotic-arm technology? I have spent 2-3 days reading about these guys and this project. I don't think they want HIMR involved, thus the buyout. Thats all I'll say about that. But a buyout should make HIMR shareholders some decent return. We shall see.
