Overturning Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council is an awful decision. It shifts the balance of power from the legislative and executive to the judicial, another in a line of anti-constitutional rulings. It takes decisions out of the hands of experts and puts them into the hands of judges who will know little to nothing. It's sole purpose is to allow large corporations and wealthy individuals to tie up or overturn governmental decisions. The corrupt Supreme Court is simply bowing down to their rich masters.
If you think this is somehow beneficial to Cytodyn or the average person you would be wrong. When leronlimab gets approved would you really like a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical to challenge it in federal court and delay it for years or possibly overturn it. If you think the FDA doesn't fully understand leronlimab, a federal court judge will have no clue.
