You see, Bytedance already as a walled off version of TikTok. Just launch that puppy over in the US.
But red, how do they get around the "China can't own it"?
Odd they can own everything else though. Maybe sell it to a US company that pays ByteDance 95% royalty? I know at least one that would be interested. Probably 10K more.
I don't know all the types of licensing and loop holes in international deals. Probably Mr. Wonderful does, but he's too greedy with is 10 cents on the dollar offer in my opinion.
Bet he has a lot of politicians and gov. current and ex leaders lined up to buy-in besides Steve Mnuchin. Sure seems like a clear conflict of interest. That reminds me. I have to look what those cats are buying options on these days.
