Quite different from what leronlimab does. They are boosting T regulatory cells that will curb inflammation and the resulting damage. The downside to that is can also suppress immune response so you'd have to do quite a balancing act.

Leronlimab on the other hand reduces Tregs (vital in fighting cancer) and increases immune response by promoting an M1 macrophage shift that increases CD8+ T-cells including natural killer T-cells that other CCR/CXCR cells can use to increase the immune systems fighting ability. On the other hand by blocking CCR5 and taking it out of the picture it lowers inflammatory chemokine levels. That is itself a balancing act that works quite well.
