Yeah, recall real estate agent Whatley private electronically shared communications shared in the public domain. After all, why would anyone share those private Whatlry messages, from a real estate agent, in a scenario where Elba Power corp/Spp was supposedly under contract? Wouldn’t that be considered torturous interference? Isn’t that Whatley private information, shared in the public domain, considered dangerous to Epc/Spp if a competitive solar company (i.e. SolRay) learned of inside information related to a pending transaction?

Wondering if those private Whatley messages, shared with the public, came with, or without, Kenny’s permission? Supposedly, based on the idiot’s posts, Kenny is not happy about being strung out for a year pertaining to Epc/Spp’s signed loi & ppa (per filings) and discussions relating to the targeting of the Elba. Al property.

Whatley was the real estate guy handling the Elba Al property listing solar facility promotion when the transit contracts had just been terminated, the revenue and receivables were quickly approaching zero and no loan and no PT.IDN solar tech made SPp panels, were anywhere in sight, all following the Houston, Texas solar facility spring/summer promotion wrapping up. Hard to believe those promotions were almost 2 years ago next month.
