I sure wish that I could've spent a couple of years in Texas to really have some fun playing with firearms. So many of these sweet toys are perfect and can see many owning. Heck some don't even realize that silencers and machine guns can be purchased legally. Not everyone has that basic flow or desire and also one just need a place to fire these toys in enjoyment. I recall some of the laws changing in the late 1960's referencing rifles. You could still walk down a street with a shotgun, find a wooded area and no big deal. It started to really suck when I would have to strap my rifle on the right side of my HD and drive 40 miles to a damn dump 1 or 2 counties north of me. Yes the rifle would be in a soft case riding on the highway. Hey as I was telling Salty shortly after Christmas last year my neighbor gifted me with a Winchester Model 50 12GA 30" Full. They are "very unique" in how they were manufactured. Now the cool thing to boot is that this baby only has had less than 20 shells fired from it (he was the original owner). The sad thing is I really don't have a place to have some fun with it like many years ago. I got stories like a lot of people here where you once just walked out your back door and cracked a few shells or throw a few bottles.
* I would love to spend some time with a .50 cal, long lens, 3 second pings.
