In the past I did my level best to watch every minute of the Olympics that I could. I especially loved watching the 400- and 800-meter races. I can close my eyes and still see Dave Wottle winning the 800 in 72 and the Russian, Valeriy Brumel, winning the gold in the high jump in 64.......... I think I'll let them keep it this year.
